Book what you need, when you need it.

25–30 professionally captured and edited HDR images, carefully composed and individually finished to present the property naturally, accurately and at its best across every marketing channel.
Aerial photography and short cinematic footage revealing the property’s setting, scale and relationship with its surroundings—perspectives that simply cannot be captured from the ground.
A thoughtfully paced property film combining interior, exterior and aerial footage, giving prospective buyers a genuine sense of the home’s flow, character and setting.
Clear, easy-to-read 2D floor plans produced alongside your media appointment, helping prospective buyers understand the property’s layout, proportions and flow at a glance.
Existing property photographs, carefully refined. Light, colour and perspective can be corrected, while small, temporary distractions—from bins and bottles to cleaning materials or untidy linen—can be discreetly removed.
The aim is always to reveal the best of what is genuinely there, without creating a version buyers will not recognize when they arrive.
I work in property marketing as well as property media. That means I approach a shoot with the eventual campaign in mind — what should lead, what needs explaining, what buyers need to understand and which details are worth emphasising.
The result isn't simply a folder of photographs. It's media created to help you market the property.

Buyers might be able to see past an unmade bed once they view a property. But will they click on the listing in the first place?
While someone is scrolling through Rightmove, another property with a more inviting photograph is competing for that same moment of attention.

Before I pick up the camera, I take a look around.
Which rooms need the morning light? What should we show through the windows? Where does the garden connect with the house?
A little thought before the shoot helps us tell a much clearer story.
Property photography in Cornwall and Devon

Can you see the room—or everything in it?
This room at a French moulin had beautiful stonework, a generous glazed opening and a lovely connection to the garden. In the original photograph, the furniture and everyday belongings competed for attention.
I digitally removed the items, then balanced the light to help the room’s character come through.
